Shipping & Returns
Shipping We use FedEx for all of our shipments. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of an item. Your credit card is not charged until your item(s) have been shipped. Items will ship from our warehouse in Newtown, Connecticut. Items can only be shipped to physical street addresses. FedEx will not ship to a PO Box.
Orders take anywhere from 24-48 hours to process and are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays. Shipping takes place Monday thru Friday and can take anywhere from 4-9 business days to reach their destination depending upon the your location and shipping method chosen. FedEx does not count the day of shipment as a day in transit. FedEx Express shipments do not get delivered on weekends. Please keep this in mind when ordering and also take into account processing time. Shipping time is calculated from the time the order has been fulfilled. Due to unpredictable weather conditions, shipments may take longer during the winter months. If items are out of stock you will be notified via e-mail and action can be taken accordingly.
International Orders All duties and taxes assessed are paid by the customer.
Returns All purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The purhcases must be returned unused and in ample packaging. Packages should be insured so that if damage occurs a claim can be filed with the carrier. Claims cannot be made on items that have not been insured/packaged adequately. A refund will be issued for returns purchases after they have been received and inspected by our staff. Shipping charges will not be refunded. The 30 day policy starts when you receive the items in your home. Items returned in a used condition are subject to a restocking or refusal of refund and will be shipped back to the owner at the owners expense. Returns shipped beyond the 30 day period will not be accepted and will be shipped back the owners expense.
How to Return Any item that is going to be returned, must be accompanied by an RMA number. Please call us toll-free at 1-877-426-1819 to obtain an RMA number. Any package received at our facility without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the owner.
