At Black Swan Fireside Hearth & Home, we have a complete Service Division that delivers and installs what we sell to our local customers. We install large contractor projects, as well as detailed projects for homeowners. We have a staff of our own employees whom are professional, well-trained individuals that take pride in the work that they do on every job. In addition, our technicians are trained and certified to repair the product we sell.

We recommend professional installation on all products that involve alternative energy. Our factory-trained staff is able to provide you with detailed information about each product that they install. Our head installers hold our industry's most advanced licenses for gas heating appliance installation, pellet installation and wood appliance installations.

Our labor is guaranteed, and we will do everything possible to ensure that you are satisfied when our work is finished. All products are 100% guaranteed according to the manufacturer's warranty.
