As Black Swan continues to grow, we are looking for Construction and Installation Technicians to join our mission
of serving the community by keeping them warm and cozy, and designing and constructing the spaces that they
will enjoy gathering around for years to come
The job entails:
•Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard using standard hand and power tools
•Construct wood structures including framing
•Perform minor sheet rock installation and repairs
•Cut openings through roofs and walls
•Assist to install venting and fixtures related to the pre-fabricated fireplace industry (experience not required)
•Be able to lift 40 pounds
•Refer to manuals as needed
•Ladder and roof safety setup
*Experience with framing and sheetrock
*Understanding job tickets
*Driving to customer locations
